These terms govern lunaveroa.com and purchases from lunaveroa. The store is operated by Shenzhen Yasongxing Technology Co., Ltd. Use of the site or checkout constitutes agreement to these terms, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Eligibility and use
Users must have legal capacity to purchase or involve a parent or guardian where permitted. Unlawful use, unauthorized access, harmful code, disruptive scraping, impersonation, and infringement are prohibited.
Product information
We aim to describe puzzle artwork, piece count, finished dimensions, materials, box contents, colors, and care accurately. Screens, lighting, and reasonable production tolerances can cause minor differences. If a product is materially different from its listing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied, contact us for review under the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Prices and orders
Prices are in USD unless another localized currency is clearly shown. Taxes and shipping appear at checkout when applicable. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. We may contact the customer about payment failure, unavailable products, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, or obvious listing errors. If an order cannot be fulfilled, affected payments will be returned.
Payment
Payments are handled by providers available through checkout. Customers must provide accurate billing information and be authorized to use the selected payment method.
Changes, shipping, and returns
Changes or cancellation may be requested within 12 hours if fulfillment has not started. Shipping estimates, charges, tracking, and delay procedures are in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility and refund timing are in the Return & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The lunaveroa name, original site copy, graphics, product imagery, and original puzzle compositions are owned by or licensed to the operator. Personal shopping use is allowed; unauthorized commercial reproduction is prohibited.
Third-party services
Shopify, payment providers, warehouses, carriers, and other vendors support the store. External services have their own terms. This provision does not transfer all responsibility to customers or remove obligations imposed on us by law.
Corrections and availability
We may maintain the store, correct errors, and update availability. If a material correction affects an accepted order, we will contact the customer and provide a reasonable option.
Liability
Where law permits, neither party is liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses not reasonably contemplated when the agreement was made. Contractual liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where limits are prohibited. Nothing excludes fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, non-excludable product liability, or other mandatory responsibility.
Customer responsibility
Customers should provide accurate order and delivery information, review the product specifications and age guidance, keep puzzle pieces away from very young children and pets, and store products in a dry place. This does not remove our responsibility for defective, incomplete, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Severability and updates
If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective. Terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless law requires otherwise or the customer agrees to a change.
