60-day unconditional free returns and exchanges
You can return or exchange any product purchased from lunaveroa.com for any reason within 60 days after delivery. No explanation is required. Changed your mind, tried the item, or chose the wrong size or color? You are covered.
How to arrange a return or exchange
Email service@lunaveroa.com within 60 days after delivery with your order number and tell us whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. We will arrange a prepaid return label or another return method at our expense. Please contact us before sending the item so we can provide the correct return address; our registered company address is not a return warehouse.
No return or exchange fees
We cover return shipping and shipping for your replacement item. There are no restocking, handling, or exchange fees. Original packaging is not required, and trying or using the product does not exclude it from this 60-day promise.
Refunds
We refund the amount paid for returned products to your original payment method within 5 business days after receiving the return. If you return your entire order, we also refund any original standard shipping charge. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds.
Exchanges
Tell us your preferred replacement size or color. We will arrange the exchange at no additional cost. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you can choose an available alternative of the same value or receive a refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact service@lunaveroa.com and we will help arrange a free return, replacement, or refund. Photos can help us resolve the issue, but you do not need to prove a defect to use our 60-day unconditional return or exchange promise.
Cancellations
Email us within 12 hours after ordering. We will try to cancel if fulfillment has not started. If the order has already shipped, our 60-day free return and exchange policy applies after delivery.
This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
